When he logs on a Level 1 alt to whine to you, merely ask him if "RP is still for faggots," and let him know you will be looking for your pound of flesh every time he logs on until he unequivocally apologizes, not just to you but to the community at large.

Oh, at first, he will laugh at you and tell you to go fuck yourself... but eventually, after about a month of being hunted down, ganked and camped, he will apologize.
