(Hey all. This is a cross post from the official forums where I proposed it.

What: Battle for Halaa!
When: Saturday, April 28 at 8 PM server time
How Long: As long as people are willing to fight
Raid Size: However many for each side we can get. No limits.

Why?: It started as a response to CBH members wanting a real response from the Horde. I proposed Nagrand as a way for people to experience some lagfree PVP fun and give casual PVPers some incentive to join the fray through collecting Battle Tokens. The idea seems to have met with some cautious interest from Horde and Ally, although numbers are not available yet.

How: Each side will fly to the respective faction city and raids will begin to be organized before 8 PM server time. At 8 PM, both sides meet in battle to claim and retain Halaa for themselves.  All of Nagrand is fair game, but I'm hoping a lot happens around Halaa so tokens can be generated. The only thing I ask is please do not camp people trying to make their way to the event. Gank, fine, camp, please don't until everyone is in the battle area.

If you're interested, please post here. I have no interest in recruiting, I've reached out to my guild and I'll do some chat recruitment in the hour up to the event, but this is the extend of my recruitment. I can't be on all day to do so between work, school, and some independent development projects. So I"ll be relying on the goodwill of the participants to bring as many as they can!

Just a heads up: the Halaa area lags up pretty bad once you go over the 20 person mark.

np calls for lag free world pvp, picks probably one of the worst places for world pvp because you know a million alliance are going to show up and lag the place to hell once the tokens start getting mass created.
