I'd vote for Horde, but unless they bring a lot of people back they are going to find that the Horde playerbase of skill has dissolved to WSB level and won't have much selection for arena.

They are the heroes the Horde wants AND needs.

I think the horde are going to be hurting for decent PvPers in mop, with so many people going to GW2, mainly from the horde side.
